Initiate yourself to batch cooking in a workshop located in the heart of Toulouse. Batch cooking is simply preparing all the week's meals in a single cooking session. For 3 hours, you'll cook 4 dishes that you'll take home to enjoy during the week.

Course of the activity (3h) :

• Welcome to the workshop to meet Didier, your chef.
• Presentation of the day's recipes and the ingredients you'll be using.
• Preparing the dishes with the chef's advice and the various techniques you'll learn: carving, sauces, cooking, cutting...
• Examples of dishes: Cocotte de veau à la basquaise; Crumble oriental et tajine d'agneau aux fruits secs; Curry de volaille aux fruits exotiques, riz basmati à la cardamome verte; Quiche sucrée-salée au roquefort, jambon cru et poire.
