Pâtisserie in a pleasant, bright setting in a workshop located in the heart of Toulouse. You'll learn how to make superb macaroons with a variety of ganaches.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Presentation of the day's recipe and the ingredients you'll be using.
• You'll learn how to make an Italian meringue, how to macaroon, how to use a piping bag... and you'll create several fillings, including crème pâtissière, mousse or ganache.
• At the end of the course, you leave with your creations.
