This full-day canyoning adventure will take you through a wild environment featuring a series of rappels, jumps, natural slides, and water crossings in the heart of a river with crystal-clear waters.

The Écouges Bas Intégral Canyon is a challenging route that lets you experience all aspects of canyoning. Throughout the descent, you’ll navigate a series of natural obstacles in an unspoiled setting, amid cliffs, forests, and emerald-green pools.

You’ll alternate between rappelling, jumps (optional), natural slides, and wading sections in a friendly atmosphere. A picnic break by the river will let you fully enjoy the exceptional setting before continuing the adventure to the famous Gour du Fond, the canyon’s endpoint, renowned for its magnificent pools and the play of light when the sun is out.

Your guide: You’ll be accompanied by a state-certified canyoning instructor who will guide you throughout the route and teach you the techniques needed to navigate safely.

How does it work?

Your instructor will meet you at the activity’s starting point. After a welcome, a safety briefing, and receiving your gear (neoprene wetsuit, helmet, and harness), you’ll head to the canyon entrance following a roughly 10-minute approach hike.

You’ll then set off on an approximately 5-hour adventure through the heart of the Écouges Bas Intégral canyon. The route alternates between technical sections and more playful stretches, with a picnic break planned by the river to recharge your energy. After navigating the canyon’s final obstacles, you’ll return to the finish point via a roughly 10-minute walk back.
