Vertaco Canyon is an adapted version of the lower section of the Écouges Canyon, specially designed to allow as many people as possible to try canyoning for the first time. Throughout the day, you’ll explore an exceptional natural setting, navigating the main obstacles that make this sport so popular.
On the itinerary: jumps (optional), natural slides, rappelling, water crossings, and swimming in crystal-clear pools. This comprehensive tour will let you discover all aspects of canyoning in a friendly atmosphere, at a pace suited to everyone.
Your guide: You’ll be accompanied by a state-certified canyoning instructor who will guide you throughout the course and teach you the techniques needed to navigate safely.
Your instructor will meet you at the activity’s starting point. After a welcome, a safety briefing, and the distribution of your gear (neoprene wetsuit, helmet, and harness), you’ll head to the canyon after a short approach hike.
You’ll then set off for a full day of exploration in the heart of Vertaco Canyon. As you make your way down, you’ll navigate various natural obstacles while benefiting from your guide’s advice, who will tailor the route to the group’s skill level.
