Discover Abhyanga massage, literally "oil massage", an Ayurvedic massage from India. It's a deep, precise, relaxing and totally individualized massage, performed here with a blend of warm organic sesame oil and Indian Valya oil, renowned for its action on contractures.

The different massages on offer:

Abhyanga: individualized hot-oil body massage
Abhyanga Kansu: this treatment combines an individualized hot-oil body massage with a foot massage using the Kansu bowl, which improves sleep quality, soothes the nervous system, anger and anxiety and provides deep relaxation.
Akshi Abhyanga: massage focusing on 3 parts of the body: back, head and face, and feet with the Kansu bowl.
Special Abhyanga for pregnant women: offered from the 4th month of pregnancy, this massage is performed in several postures adapted to the recipient's condition. Only organic sesame oil is used, with no additives (essential oils are strongly discouraged during pregnancy).
Post-natal Abhyanga : aims to help the mother recover her energy and includes the Kansu bowl.
