Literally "oil massage", Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic massage from India. It's a deep, precise and relaxing massage, performed here with a blend of warm organic sesame oil and Indian Valya oil, renowned for its action on contractures.

Course of the activity (3h30):

• You will learn Ayurvedic back massage or foot massage with the Kansu bowl.
• Keshar's teaching approach combines demonstrations, theoretical explanations and lots of hands-on practice.
