Asian cuisine, rich in flavor and tradition, is honored by chefs Sophie, Marie and Chef Béranger. Travel between Laos, India and Vietnam with authentic, colorful recipes. Guided by the chefs, you'll discover simple gestures, emblematic techniques and share a convivial, gourmet moment.
Workshop schedule (1h30 or 3h):
- 1h30 class on weekdays and 3h on Saturdays.
- Creation of a recipe from A to Z: advice, technical gestures and tips will be given.
- Taste the dishes together.
- Examples of recipes you can prepare: traditional Laotian salad; steamed shrimp & pork bites...
