Activity description :

Immerse yourself in an old Parisian glassworks to brew beer for a day. Discover and practice the brewing process with Maryne by your side for 6 hours of activities. Maryne offers this workshop every Monday at 10:30 a.m.

Course of the activity :

Welcome and explanation of the brewing process.
Start of heating and crushing.
Practical application of the various stages.
Tasting of current beers.

After the workshop, Maryne and her team invite you to their premises to taste your beer as it is poured. Enjoy the fruits of your labor with a complimentary pint!
