Course of the activity (20min):

• Welcome to the brewery and installation at the bar with a direct view of the production area.
• Tasting of 4 craft beers, chosen from among the company's emblematic references: blonde, white, amber, IPA, Cerise, alcohol-free, and Chambord Royale.
• For each beer, presentation of aromas and typical characteristics, and suggestions forfood and beer pairings.
• Discuss the ingredients used: focus on low-carbon barley malts and local hops, symbols of the brewery's commitment to eco-responsibility.
