Louis offers you a gourmet workshop in which you'll make your own chocolates: mendiants and tablettes ! Whether you're a beginner or an amateur, you'll receive step-by-step training.

Workshop schedule (1h30) :

• Introduction to the workshop over coffee
• Discover the secrets of chocolate: choice of chocolate, toppings (dried fruit, caramel chips, speculos, etc.) and traditional tempering.
• Chocolate stabilization, molding and demolding, with tips on how to make chocolates like the pros!
• The Chef will accompany you throughout the process, and pass on the secrets of the chocolatiers.
• You'll go home with your very own mendiants and tablette!

With family or friends, this workshop is designed to be fun, friendly and, above all, gourmet!
