Activity Schedule (2.5 hours):
- Introduction to the recipe and the different steps.
- Weighing the ingredients and making a sponge cake that’s more elaborate than a simple rolled sponge cake.
- Preparing the two fillings: chocolate and lemon.
- Assembling the mini Yule logs and adding the finishing touches: meringue and rocher icing.
- Decorate your creations.
