Put on your apron and make a trio of treats to serve with coffee. Let Fanny guide you through making a “café gourmand,” the perfect way to end a meal on a high note.

Activity Schedule (2 hours):

• Introduction to the recipes and steps.
• First, you’ll make mini crème brûlées, followed by mini chocolate soufflés, and finally, for a refreshing touch, you’ll make either sorbet or madeleines, depending on the season.
• Taste your creations on-site, and take home the recipe card
