Activity Schedule (3 hours):
- Introduction to the recipe and steps.
- Weighing the ingredients, making the dough, preparing the butter, laminating, cutting, and baking.
- While the pastries are baking, make a batch of butter to take home.
- Each participant leaves with their creation and the recipe card
