Discover the art of choux pastry with Fanny and learn how to make delicacies as light as they are delicious! In this workshop, you'll make a perfectly mastered choux pastry, homemade vanilla ice cream and a creamy chocolate sauce to enhance your profiteroles!

Course of the activity (3h) :

• Preparation and poaching of choux pastry
• Making homemade vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
• Baking choux and chouquettes, tips for perfect texture
• Assemble and tastea large profiterole on site, with each participant taking home his or her own chouquettes and recipe sheet.
