Course of the workshop (1h):

• Welcome to the bar and playful introduction to the world of mixology.
• Demonstration by the bartender with a cocktail tasted as a welcome shot.
• Discover spirits, ingredients and the rules of balance (dosage, gestures, creativity).
• Behind the bar: guided creation of 2 cocktails.
• Tasting, adjustments and professional advice on how to recreate the recipes at home.
