Everything went very well. I'd like to know if it's hydrochloric acid that's used in cocktails?

Great time with Alex and Matthieu! I loved the teaching, the know-how and the passion that was passed on to us during the workshop. I'll be back to try the others! Thank you Doriane :)

I came with a friend and we had a great time. Alexandre explained the basics so that we could easily make our own cocktails afterwards. At first we were a bit hesitant, but then we quickly got into the swing of things. Alexandre knows how to guide us while giving us autonomy. The cocktails we made were very good. In short, whether you're a beginner or more experienced, I recommend this workshop!
