Come and learn mixology techniques from Alexandre and his team of professional mixologists, who will introduce you to their world in a 2-hour workshop. You'll learn how to create cocktails from A to Z.
Course of the workshop (2h):
- Presentation of the principles of mixology, and its approach to the world of cocktails and spirits.
- Making your own syrup.
- Selection of availablespirits and ingredients to create your first cocktail recipes.
- You'll need to find the right combinations to create a harmonious cocktail.
- You'll go home with the recipes you've worked out during the workshop, so you can reproduce them at home and impress your friends.

Very disappointing, uneducated manager, unwelcoming atmosphere, you get the impression that you're not wanted, it's money thrown away, don't go.

Reception questionable, barman nice but very soft, we had the impression he didn't want to be there. A lot of bottom of the bottle, no explanation on the possibilities of ingredients in a cocktail. For the price, I could have made it myself, it was for a birthday present and we were very disappointed. 60 euros/person for two cocktails, we leave with no recipes and no knowledge.

Not exactly a warm welcome, a mixologist who knew his stuff but wasn't much of a teacher, a few nice products to personalize your cocktail but difficult to reproduce at home because the speaker made it himself and it wasn't easy to get hold of. A disappointing experience, too bad.

Teams of friendly amateurs. 2 shakers for 18 people, and we had to save the ice. No creations as announced in the teaser, everyone took turns making 2 classic cocktails. We learned how to make a syrup and how not to shake the shaker too hard so as not to break the ice. Other than that .... nothing

The activity looked promising, but on the spot we lacked guidance and explanations, which created long waits. It's a shame, because with better guidance, the experience could have been superb. What's more, contrary to what was advertised, it wasn't possible to make the cocktails of our choice: only a few could be made with the ingredients provided by the bartender. Finally, the range of non-alcoholic cocktails was very limited, which is a pity for those wishing to discover cocktails without necessarily consuming alcohol at the time.

An evening of mixed results." The event had potential, but the start unfortunately lacked pace. The first bartender was neither dynamic nor captivating, which tarnished the initial experience. Fortunately, Mathieu, the second bartender, raised the with his professionalism and energy. Thanks to him, the workshop took on a whole new dimension and saved the evening. Better coordination and a more engaging start would have made all the difference. Too expensive for the service .
