Embark on a sensory journey to the heart of specialty coffee during this workshop, ideal for the curious, lovers of good coffee or simple gourmets looking for an original experience.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Welcome and introduction to roasting and the aromatic richness of coffee.
• Discovery of fragrances (fruity, floral, chocolatey, spicy...) and classification of aromas into families.
• Introduction to cupping and practice with 3 selected coffees.
• Debriefing: recommendations for choosing a coffee to suit your tastes, and tips for preparing it at home (grinding, method, dosage).

After this workshop, you'll have acquired the basics of coffee tasting and be able to identify the main aromatic families of a coffee!
