Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Introduction to the principles of extraction: grinding, temperature, ratio, infusion time...
• Livedemonstrations of different processes: V60, Aeropress, Espresso.
• Guided tasting: comparison of the three extractions, identification of aromas, textures and mouthfeel.
