Course of the cooking class (3h) :

• A 2-hour class to prepare a seasonal starter, main course and dessert.
• Sandrine will give you tips and advice, and teach you the gestures you need to make progress.
• Tasting together for 1 hour.
• Drinks option: half a bottle of red or white wine or 50 cl beer or 50 cl soda + coffee or decaf or tea or roibos.
