Course of the activity (4h) :

• Welcome at the meeting point in Callelongue cove
• Briefing on the activity and equipment preparation
• Departure from Calanque de Callelongue
• Learn the necessary techniques on professional equipment.
• Sailing to the small port of Les Goudes and swimming breaks.
• Return to starting point and equipment storage

Experience a unique immersion in the flora and fauna of the Calanques in Cassis. Not only because John knows the park inside out, but also because you'll learn how to really paddle. And "that's good", as the Captain would say!

• As stand UP paddling is weather-sensitive, the session may be postponed or cancelled if conditions are not optimal.
• Bring swimsuit, flip-flops or water shoes, sun cream, helmet and water bottle.
• A small waterproof bag can be lent if required.
