Immerse yourself in an oenological interlude in the heart of Burgundy, dedicated to the discovery and tasting of wines with character. Guided by a passionate sommelier, this workshop invites you to refine your palate, understand terroirs and savor emblematic cuvées, in a friendly and accessible atmosphere.

Course of the workshop (45 min):

• Welcome and introduction to tasting, to understand the basics of sensory analysis and the specificities of Burgundy vineyards.
• Guided tasting of 3 Burgundy wines : Mâcon Azé 2023 - Domaine des Terres Rouges, Coteaux Bourguignons 2023 - Domaine Montchovet, Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune 2023 - Domaine Denis Carré.
• Exploration of aromas, textures and balance, with simple keys to better reading a wine and putting words to your sensations.
• Focus on terroirs, grape varieties and the work of the winemakers, to understand what gives each cuvée its identity.
• A time for exchange and sharing, to ask questions, compare perceptions and enrich your tasting experience.
