Course of the workshop (1h) :

• Welcome and introduction to tasting, to understand the basics of wine & cheese pairing and the specificities of the Burgundy terroir.
• Guided tasting of 3 Burgundy wines: Mâcon Azé 2023 - Domaine des Terres Rouges, Coteaux Bourguignons 2023 - Domaine Montchovet, Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune 2023 - Domaine Denis Carré.
• Sensory discovery of aromas, textures and balance, with simple advice on how to better read a wine and express your sensations.
• Pair with a board of 3 cheeses from Burgundy Franche-Comté, to explore the marriage between wines and regional products.
• A time for discussion and sharing, to ask questions, compare sensations and enrich your tasting experience.
