Gin distillation and blending workshop in Paris

Vincent invites you to discover theworld of distillation at his workshop in the 20th arrondissement. In a small group, you'll learn how to distill and assemble your own gin, and leave with your own creation.

Course of the workshop (2h30):

• Introduction to the distillery, stills and distillation basics.
• Blend your own gin using distillates made mostly from fruit, flowers or botanicals harvested in Parisian urban farms or from small producers in the Ile-de-France region.
• You'll smell and taste the pre-prepared distillates using small test samples, helping you to select the flavors that will enable you to create the gin that's right for you.
• At the end of the workshop, tasting of eau-de-vie and liqueurs produced on site.
• You'll leave with your own 20cl bottle of gin created to your taste.
