Make your dream of creating your own rum come true!
With the help of an expert, you'll learn all about rum, including the secrets of its elaboration and typicity, as well as a tasting in association with the famous Edwart chocolate factory. You'll then be able to try your hand at blending rums and leave with your very own creation!

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Discovery: each rum has its own terroir, know-how and specific characteristics. Our rum specialist will share his expertise and the techniques developed by 18th-century English and French merchants to create more complex, aromatic rums.
• The tasting: a guided gustatory journey through 5 top-of-the-range rums to understand all about rum families and the different terroirs of this spirit. Tastings are accompanied by chocolates from the famous Edwart chocolate factory!
• Blending: we move on to the creation stage. You'll use professional equipment and top-quality ingredients to assemble your own rum in the finest tradition.
• You'll leave with your very own, one-of-a-kind rum!
