• Discovery of the workshop and tasting of the House spirits
• Jérôme will explain the origins and evolution of pastis over time.
• Discover the plants and spices used to make pastis
• Choice of ingredients with Jérôme's advice for a 100% personalized pastis
• Assemble and make your own pastis
• You'll leave with a jar and a 70cl bottle to finish your Pastis at home (remember to bring a bag).
