Course of the workshop (2h):
- Welcome with a hot wilddrink
- Discover the rules of picking and plant identification
- Guided walk (approx. 5 km) to discover edible plants and algae
- Species recognition and culinary uses
- Tasting of wild bites along the way
- Final tasting of preparations based on the plants encountered
You'll leave with concrete knowledge, simple ideas for incorporating these plants into your cooking, and the desire to take a fresh look at the natural world around you.
