Discover edible wild plants and seaweed on a guided, convivial and gourmet walk through the Brière, salt marsh and coastal landscapes. A sensory and accessible experience, combining the discovery of nature, the transmission of knowledge and gustatory pleasure.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Welcome with a hot wilddrink
• Discover the rules of picking and plant identification
• Guided walk (approx. 5 km) to discover edible plants and algae
• Species recognition and culinary uses
• Tasting of wild bites along the way
• Final tasting of preparations based on the plants encountered

You'll leave with concrete knowledge, simple ideas for incorporating these plants into your cooking, and the desire to take a fresh look at the natural world around you.
