Would you like to learn about seasonal fruits and vegetables, and prepare recipes worthy of the name? If so, the Ducasse cooking school opens its doors to you for a cooking class with a professional chef.
Course of the cooking class (8h):
- Meet at 9 a.m. on the day of your workshop.
- Depart for the market and choose your fruits and vegetables.
- Return to the workshop and start the course: cutting up the vegetables, cooking and preparing the various dishes.
- The chef will give you all the tips and tricks you need to make your dishes a success.
- Last step: assembly. With the chef's help, you'll stage your creations to make people want to eat them.
- The day ends at 5 p.m.
This cooking class is perfect for anyone who loves good food. Whether you'd like to experience it for yourself or offer it as a gift, this activity is perfect!

I learned useful things in a good atmosphere. The place is very well equipped and our chef was very educational. My reservation is that it's traditional French cuisine, which seems a bit stuck in the past. It's still very good, but without any real surprises.
