The chef was great. I learned a lot... in a short time. It was sometimes a bit difficult to follow the recipe as it was being prepared, as the chef was masterfully carrying out a number of different tasks at the same time! Nevertheless, it was a lot of fun. Great atmosphere. When you're cooking, you don't have time to sit down, but I would have appreciated a chair from time to time. Standing for over 2 hours is tiring.
