If you're a pastry lover, come to the Ducasse School of Cuisine to create delicious praline-based recipes. During this pastry workshop, discover all the techniques for working with praliné: recipes and tips will be on hand!

But what exactly is praliné? Praliné is a paste made from hazelnuts, sugar and chocolate. It's usually found in chocolate confectionery, and more often in Paris-Brest, a French pastry made with choux pastry and praliné.

The workshop was good, the place is beautiful and very well equipped, and the pastry chef was pleasant. However, there weren't many of us (11): even if the kitchen is large, it's not ideal for everyone to get their hands dirty. This workshop was precisely right for beginners, but a little less so for those who already know their stuff and want to make real progress on pastry-making techniques. I'd still recommend this activity!
