Come and learn massage techniques from a professional during a 2h30 workshop! You'll discover the right gestures and postures to adopt, as well as a range of tools for a massage rich in maneuvers and pressures.

• Workshop Back 1: a gentle, subtle sequence of movements for total relaxation.

• Dressed on the floor workshop: a progressive relaxation offered to the person lying down, dressed, thanks to a sequence combining mobilizations, stretching, rocking and acupressure.

After a workshop, you'll have the tools you need to give your loved ones a wellness massage in the area studied, lasting at least 20 minutes.
