Come and learn massage techniques from a professional during a 2h30 workshop! You'll discover the right gestures and postures to adopt, as well as a range of tools for a massage rich in maneuvers and pressures.

• Workshop Back 1: a gentle, subtle sequence of movements for total relaxation.

• Belly workshop: take care of this area so important to our metabolism (upper body without going over the chest).

• Dressed and seated workshop: simple, effective massage techniques to relieve tension, performed with the person dressed and seated. Special feature of this workshop: pairs rotate, with a maximum of 16 participants.

• Dressed on the floor workshop: a progressive relaxation offered to the person lying down, dressed, thanks to a sequence combining mobilizations, stretching, rocking and acupressure.

After a workshop, you'll have in your hands the tools you need to give your loved ones a well-being massage in the area studied, lasting at least 20 minutes.
