Very disappointing. We were content to watch the pastry chef most of the time. We were told 1h30 and it hardly lasted more than an hour.

Disappointed! Our participation in the workshop consisted of mixing the ready-made ingredients of 2 ganaches, poaching 3 coques and garnishing 4 macaroons ☹️

Very disappointed with this Workshop which is very basic (we only have to mix 2 ganaches and assemble the pre-cooked shells), observational (little practice), unprofessional (no great expertise or sharing of gastronomic knowledge), expeditious (little explanation, with duration less than stated), aimed at tourists (foreign audience + 3 questions directed at Emily in Paris), not friendly (rather reche host, with the minimum link) and arbitrary (even the mix of pre established ganaches is not tolerated).

I regretted that we didn't have the opportunity to make our own macaroons, only the ganache. G regretted that we only made 2 varieties of macaroons, even though we finished 20 minutes ahead of time and frankly could have tried a third flavor. The workshop was supposed to last 1h30 and ended up lasting 1h10. And the pastry chef really didn't give the impression that she was having a good time.

- Number of participants: from 4 to 18.
- Please bring your ID and tickets to access the workshop on the day.
- The workshop is open to people aged 13 and over, and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults must also have an admission ticket.
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Galeries Lafayette reserves the right to cancel the course. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop for a full refund. After this time, the full amount will be charged.
- Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your reservation time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled.
