A great experience for the macaroon workshop. Relaxed atmosphere that encourages exchanges between "students". Lots of little tips throughout the course and lots of explanations. I repeated the recipe at home 2 days later and finally succeeded in making my Macaroon shells... perfectly smooth and with the collar. Thanks to your advice, I redid some of the preparations to garnish them, but also made some new ones, more suited to my family's tastes. Everyone was delighted!
