Come and discover French patisserie during a 3-hour macaron-making workshop near Toulouse! Nolwenn opens the doors of her workshop to help you master the techniques that will make you a true pastry chef.
Course of the workshop (3h) :
- Creation of smooth shells using Italian meringue, techniques and tricks that will enable you to achieve the beautiful collar of your macaroons.
- Creation of 3 different types of filling.
- Decorate your macaroons.
- Everyone leaves with their own creations.

A great experience for the macaroon workshop. Relaxed atmosphere that encourages exchanges between "students". Lots of little tips throughout the course and lots of explanations. I repeated the recipe at home 2 days later and finally succeeded in making my Macaroon shells... perfectly smooth and with the collar. Thanks to your advice, I redid some of the preparations to garnish them, but also made some new ones, more suited to my family's tastes. Everyone was delighted!
