Virya, a practitioner specializing in Ayurvedic massage, yoga and prāṇāyāma welcomes you for a private Souffle & Massage en Duo initiation. During a 2-hour session, learn to massage your partner with presence, gentleness and listening, guided step by step to create a true moment of connection and well-being.

Introductory session (2h):

• A pair exchanges the roles of masseur and massee, taking turns.
• Discover respectful touch and enveloping gestures to relax the body.
• Learn how to listen to tension and accompany the breath.
• Create a simple ritual that you can easily reproduce at home.

This initiation, accessible to all, is guided by a professional and caring approach, inspired by both the traditions of Ayurvedic touch and a modern understanding of the body.
