Oenology course (2h) :
- Presentation of the tasting method using theoretical, pedagogical & entertaining aids.
- Introduction to wine and presentation of the different types of wine and grape varieties.
- You will then learn how to describe the wine: aromas, tannin richness, roundness on the palate, acidity level, etc.
- Tasting and analysis of5 differentwines.
- Each participant leaves with a set of materials: maps, methods, vocabulary, tasting sheets.
