Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Welcome & discovery of the distillery: you' ll visit the workshop and see the stills.
• Tasting of pastis produced by Maixent, as well as other locally-produced brands, each with its own specificity. Enjoy a glass of pastis and soak up the different aromas.
• Making your own pastis: you'll macerate different plants to create your own unique pastis.
• Each participant will leave with a 37cl bottle to share with friends and family.
