Come and make classic cocktails or our own creations during a workshop in which you will learn the different preparation techniques as well as more advanced notions such as the balance between the different ingredients or the types of glass to use depending on the cocktail.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Introduction to mixology: discovery of equipment, basic ingredients and the main principles of the art of cocktail making.
• Learning techniques: mastering dosage, shake, muddle and decoration, guided by an expert mixologist.
• Create your own cocktails: create several classic and signature recipes, exploring the balance of flavors.
• Convivial tasting: a moment of exchange and sharing around each participant's creations, in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
