Assemble your own Pastis in a professional distillery and learn how to make your own product from A to Z in a friendly, small-group atmosphere. You'll discover the world of Maixent, who will be delighted to tell you all about the history of the famous drink!
Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Welcome & discovery of the distillery: you' ll visit the workshop and see the stills.
- Tasting of pastis produced by Maixent, as well as other locally-produced brands, each with its own specificity. Enjoy a glass of pastis and soak up the different aromas.
- Making your own pastis: you'll macerate different plants to create your own unique pastis.
- Each participant will leave with a 37cl bottle to share with friends and family.
