Have you ever wondered what would happen if your rhum arrangé contained the very best of rum and the very best of fruit and spices?
Cyril brings you the best of both worlds. Drawing on his experience in spirits, and his job as a premium spice scout, he offers a colorful workshop of testing and experimentation. At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with your own creation!

Workshop schedule (2h) :

• Rum discovery: each rum has its own terroir, know-how and specific characteristics. After a solid introduction to one of the world's oldest spirits, you'll taste a selection of top-quality rums that will serve as the basis for the creation of your own rhum arrangé.
• Journey with spices: we'll show you how to recognize spices and their olfactory and gustatory qualities. It's a real tour of the world, with some twenty fresh, whole spices at your disposal.
• Creating your own rhum arrangé: the highlight of the workshop is the blending of rums, fruits and spices! Start with simple blends and work your way up to more complex ones.
• You'll leave with your very own, one-of-a-kind rhum arrangé!
