Located in Rungis, the Lenôtre culinary arts school opens its doors to you for a 4-hour pastry-making course under the guidance of experienced instructors. Different themes are proposed for each class, allowing you to discover the specialty of your choice! Example recipes: tropézienne, baba, galette des rois, religieuse...

Course of the activity (4h) :

• 4h of classes to prepare the recipe of the day, supervised by a pastry chef:
  • Receipt of recipe sheet
  • Explanation of the process, recipe and raw materials used.
  • Realization of the recipe
• You leave with your own pastry and the recipe sheet to reproduce at home.
