Join a Lenôtre workshop for a gourmet getaway: a pastry chef will guide you step by step, share professional tips, and help you create a sweet treat to take home.

Located in Rungis, the Lenôtre Culinary Arts School welcomes you to a 4-hour pastry class led by experienced instructors. Each class features a different theme, allowing you to explore the specialty of your choice! Sample recipes include: Tropézienne, baba, galette des rois, religieuse...

Activity itinerary (4 hours):

• A 4-hour class to make the recipe of the day, led by a pastry chef:
  • Receipt of the recipe sheet
  • Explanation of the process, the recipe, and the ingredients used.
  • Preparation of the recipe
• You’ll take home your pastry and the recipe card so you can recreate it at home.
