- Preparing the dough and casting the molds
- Making the flan appliances: classic, chocolate and pistachio
- Cooking and tips for a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture
- Each participant leaves with his or her creations and the recipe sheet.
You'll leave with your own homemade flans and all the secrets you need to make them perfect!
