This course is designed for beginners looking for one-to-one tuition, more experienced people looking to solve persistent problems or develop a discipline exclusively with a state-certified instructor.
How does it work?
Duration: 4h - For 1 person - From age 12
After a 2-hour theoretical session designed to unblock a persistent problem on the surface, a reminder of the elements of safetyyou'll be guided by your instructor through a 2-hour session at sea, departing from a boat. This outing in the natural environment will allow you to reach depths of up to 30 meters.
The outing ends with a debriefing over an infusion of Grandma's honey and Breton cakes.

Know before you go
- Don't forget to bring a swimsuit, towel, soft clothing for theory, sun cream (gentle on the seabed) and a reusable water bottle.
