A half-day introduction to the wonderful world of freediving.It's a beginner-friendly introduction to freediving, designed to introduce you to freediving along a cable, in a safe and fun way, and to freely discover the underwater world.

How does it work?

Duration: 4h - Up to 4 people - From age 12

After a 2-hour theory session covering all the basics of breathing, safety and techniques, you'll be guided by your instructor througha 2-hour underwater session departing from a boat. This outing in the natural environment will allow you to reach depths of up to 6 meters.

The outing ends with a debriefing over an infusion of Grandma's honey and Breton cakes.
