A half-day introduction to the wonderful world of freediving.It's a moment of discovery, suitable for all levels, designed to introduce you to or perfect your freediving skills along a cable, in a safe and fun way, and freely discover the underwater world under a sunset.

How does it work?

Duration: 4h - Up to 4 people - From age 12

After a theoretical refresher session, you will be guided by your instructor for a 2-hour session at sea, departing from a boat. This outing in the natural environment will allow you to reach depths of up to 20 meters.

The outing ends with a debriefing over an infusion of honey and Breton cakes.

Know before you go

Don't forget to bring a swimsuit, towel, soft clothing for theory, sun cream (gentle on the seabed) and a reusable water bottle.
