Every season has its own produce, inspirations, and flavors to discover! Start your morning at the market alongside the chef before heading to the kitchen to put what you’ve learned into practice right away. From selecting ingredients to creating a full menu, you’ll learn how to choose the right produce and prepare it to bring out its full freshness.

Course itinerary:

• You’ll start your morning at 9:15 a.m. at the Montgolfier Market, located just a stone’s throw from the workshop, to explore the seasonal produce available.
• You’ll learn how to select seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as fish, meats, cheeses, and other fresh products, with guidance from the Chef.
• You’ll discover how to plan your shopping and choose high-quality products while staying within your budget.
• You’ll learn to recognize fresh produce and identify the best ingredients based on their seasonality and quality.
• Back in the kitchen, you’ll put what you’ve learned into practice by working with the ingredients selected at the market to prepare your various dishes.
• You’ll learn to organize yourself better in the kitchen so you can efficiently manage the different steps involved in preparing a full menu.
• You’ll prepare a seasonal menu consisting of a starter, a main course, and a dessert, guided by the Chef’s advice and techniques throughout the workshop.

By the end of this experience, you’ll be better equipped to choose your ingredients, plan your shopping, and make the most of them in the kitchen. A complete immersion between the market and the kitchen to learn how to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients while developing good daily habits.
