Duration: 3 days / 2 nights - Ages 18 and over - No special physical requirements

You'll be in a forest/mountain environment in the Pyrénées-Orientales, about 3 hours' drive from Toulouse. You'll discover a rich flora and varied fauna: isards, forest cats, marmots, bats, birds of prey, etc.

Your guide: you'll be introduced to survival by Alexandre or a member of his team. He'll be able to give you the best possible advice and techniques.

You will learn :

• Identifying a bivouac site: visual check on IGN map with the course to take for the evening bivouac, water points if necessary, setting up the bivouac.
• Feeding: search for food (plants, insects, mushrooms) and water, find wood for the fire, prepare the meal.
• Orientation: hiking, compass, etc.
