Activity itinerary (1 hour 30 minutes):

• Guided tour of the estate: in the heart of the vineyards, overlooking the Puy-de-Dôme and the Bourbonnais Mountains, learn about the estate’s history and the Saint-Pourçain appellation, as well as the unique characteristics of the granite terroir.
• Tour of the winery and aging cellar: among the large oak casks and stainless steel tanks, learn about the estate’s winemaking methods and work philosophy, which respects both people and nature.
• Guided tasting of five of the estate’s signature wines (Saint-Pourçain red, Barnabooth red, Tressallier, white Barnabooth, and sparkling wine), accompanied by a gourmet snack of a local specialty, “pompe aux grattons,” in a room offering a panoramic view of the vineyards and the Bourbonnais mountains.
