A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi and a passionate pastry chef, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop, creating chocolate recipes in her studio in the 17th arrondissement.
Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Briefing on the program of your workshop and the different steps you'll be taking
- Creation of several recipes with a touch of chocolate: marbled madeleines with chocolate shell, chocolate cookies, chocolate fondant cupcakes, etc.
- Take your creations home to enjoy at home

Great experience, great atmosphere, my 4 year old daughter was the youngest but still enjoyed and loved it. We left with FULL of cookies, madeleines and cupcakes, so we really enjoyed ourselves. Also very friendly, we had to change the date quite late and it went off without a hitch.

Very good cooking workshop. We made delicious madeleines, cookies and cupcakes that we'll be making again at home. Déborah explained the different steps very well. The workshop went very well even with children of different ages, everyone was able to participate and have fun. I'd definitely recommend it.

Absolutely perfect. Deborah is attentive and very educational. My 5? year old daughter will never forget this cooking workshop. As a bonus, you leave with your creations and a pdf of the recipes. I recommend her. 😊
