Via Ferrata de Pelvoux in the Gorges d'Ailefroide
Guided tour - Not very difficult - 3 hours - 5-minute approach walk
This well-equipped via ferrata offers a varied route with superb views plunging down to the torrent. You can also see Madame Carle's meadow, one of the tourist wonders of the Pays des Écrins, and the start of the Meije glacier.
Obstacles: overhangs, gorges, footbridge, Nepalese bridge, monkey bridge...
Your guide: you will be accompanied by Patrice or a member of his team. All instructors are state-qualified and will ensure your safety throughout.
How does it work?
After equipping yourself with the necessary equipment, your guide will brief you on safety instructions and the particularities of this crossing. You can then set off for a unique experience lastingaround 3 hours.

Excellent for a first Via ferrata, it was excellent, just a point of clarification: we were rerouted to the Arthouze crag because there weren't enough customers that day for the Pelvoux Via ferrata, but that's just a temporary setback.
