Easily accessible because it's located between Nîmes and Montpellier, this via ferrata offers a sporting route on a steep slope overlooking the Vidourle river, which flows into the Mediterranean.

Guided route - Sportive - 2h30 - 10 mn walk to approach the route
The route is relatively short but particularly challenging, with a zip line, a monkey bridge, climbing on rungs and an introduction to abseiling. It's a varied and highly atypical route, with sections just above the water and along the river banks.
Obstacles: abseiling, overhangs, monkey bridge.
The guide: the activity will be supervised by a state-certified instructor.

After an equipment session and briefing, you'll set off as a group on the via ferrata.

We had a great time as a family (5 people, aged 24 to 55) on the via ferrata du Vidourle at Saint-Sériès. The route is varied and not so easy, but accessible to all, even beginners. Many thanks to Maxime, our guide, who accompanied each and every one of us with patience, kindness and invaluable advice. Whether we were very comfortable or a little less sure of ourselves, he always found the words and help we needed to move forward and enjoy ourselves. The result: a great dose of sensations, laughter and shared pride. A perfect experience that made us want to do it all over again! Thanks also to Funbooker for the ease of booking and the quality of the activities on offer.
